The customer service at Naturelle was nothing but exceptional. Quick response times, very helpful with the guidance on which pillow and mattress is best for us, and excellent delivery service. We are so happy with our mattress and pillows, it's really helped our neck and back pain disappear! I highly recommend Naturelle to anyone.

Heather CMy husband and I bought the split king, 6 inch firm and 3 inch soft, (2 twin XL beds) and are very happy.We were looking for beds that would limit motion transfer and offer great support, comfort and breathability.We have noticed a positive change upon waking of not being sore in our hips or shoulders.I also have chemical allergies and these beds had zero scent from day one.They fit perfectly on our adjustable frames as well.They have changed how well and deeply we sleep. I highly recommend!

Naturelle Organic Mattress
My wife and I wanted to get ridged of the unnatural toxic product but was afraid to try organic because we thought it might be uncomfortable. We bought one king size mattress medium firm and two latex pillows, they are very comfortable. Mattress is great, soft, comfortable and it help me for my back pain. The pillows are soft, cozy and comfortable. Most important they are all natural no more chemicals anymore. I and my wife love it we would definitely recommend naturelle to all.

Naturelle Organic Mattress
We have a great experience sleeping on latex mattresses for the past 30 years; our mattresses were brought from Germany, and we needed to replace them. We are happy to find the new ones here in Canada. The service was excellent; we got high quality mattresses custom made for our European size bed, and the price was very reasonable, so, we gave up from ordering the mattresses from Germany. :)Wholeheartedly we recommend Naturelle.

Naturelle Organic Mattress
Bought 8 inches naturelle mattress a month ago. As I have a European king sized bed the company custom size for me at no extra cost. I have osteoporosis in my back and was looking for a firm mattrrss. The present one is a spring with a 2 in topper and gave out on me or rather causing me backacke. After sleeping 1 month on This naturelle mattress I have no backpain anymore . John is very helpful and answered all my questions.. I would not.hesitate to recommend my family to get naturelle mattress as it's 100% organic and allergy free. Even my husband is enjoying my choice as he is a 6 ft tall man and gave him a firm support for his back and a very good sleep..no more tossing around on the bed anymore. It would be nice if the delivery man would carry it right to my bedroom which I advise anyone to request for it. Because of this I gave it a 4 stars. Product wise is definitely a 5 star!

Naturelle Organic Mattress
I usually don't write product reviews, but when I do, I usually wait for few months to test the product's quality and durability. We bought a 3'' latex mattress topper three months ago. Had very good experiences. The mattress topper has very good quality, I love that it is all natural latex. Very comfortable to sleep in, helps so much with my back pain. Highly recommend!

Naturelle Organic Mattress
We wanted to replace our children's mattresses with something that would not be full of chemicals, yet everything was so out of our price range. Then I came across Naturelle, they had a great sale which made it affordable (even the not on sale it was a great price. A bit more than the standard mattress but a safe one!) We bought two singles for bunk beds, the firm one. The children love them! My oldest daughter has now requested the same mattress, and soon we will upgrade our king size mattress. I've been sleeping in the bottom bunk with our youngest daughter, and I can say after months this mattress is so comfortable - I don't want to go back to my own bed! Fantastic quality, great customer service and quick shipping. There's no need to look further, I've done the comparisons - this is the place to get a chemical free, long lasting mattress. Highly recommended!

Bought our 2nd Green Apple latex mattress from Naturelle, was quick and easy. We've had a medium firm for 8 years and loved it, but it was a last item to pack when we moved and there was no room for it. We upped the support to a firm and it's quite nice for supporting the back, something our interm mattress didn't do.

Repeat buyer! We purchased a mattress for ourselves 2 months ago, after making purchase a year ago for our kids! No complaints. Great mattress, comfortable and the sales process was easy. In fact, John in Sales, was very helpful and guided us to the right mattress for us. The shipping time was what was expected and noted. And the delivery company was very courteous. Overall, we had a great second experience and would recommend this mattress.

Naturelle Organic Mattress
We were looking for least toxic affordable mattresses to purchase for our children and came across Naturelle from a mama group. We purchased two junior medium mattresses from them for our kid's bunk bed and they turned out to be super comfortable. I especially love that upon opening the packages, there was no toxic chemical odour and they look and feel very natural. The gentleman that helped us was super friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. We would absolutely recommend them!
