Eddie is great for first time home buyers - he walks you through every step of the process and does so much to alleviate the stress of the difficult process of buying a house. Eddie is incredibly responsive and will answer all of your questions. He was so fast at booking viewings for us and was willing to put in long, long days to help us find the perfect house for our needs. He coordinated actively with all stakeholders in the process (including our mortgage company) and has a great list of contacts from property lawyers to inspectors. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and investment opportunities. Most importantly, though, was that Eddie listened so well to us and our requirements.
