Where there is smoke there is fire..this and the other 1star reviews are for real. I had my car checked for a shaking, particularly at higher speeds. After a thorough check and $400 charge I was advised both front bearings would need replacement! What? It turned out they did NOT need replacing, it was the tires that were the issue, which I had replaced at the dealership where they were purchased. Beware of MB Barrie.

I found my experience here stress free. Everyone is very professional and seems to enjoy their work. Jeremy was courteous and attentive with us. I felt taken care of and listened to. He is an excellent asset to the service department. The place itself is clean, open, and includes small courtesies like freshly ground coffee and a large assortment of tea. I felt really good about bringing my beautiful ML in for maintenance.

I Just picked up my first beautiful Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz Barrie. Great dealership with helpful staff who helped make the process easy and smooth. They have the best prices and best costomer service in town.
