:::you may want to ask some old farmers around Sussex before dealing with this place..they have a reputation on being very difficult to deal with..have no knowledge of small engines and will overcharge you..they do not respect warrenty..DONT shop here

Upgrading review 10/12/21: I had been very frustrated when it took an additional two weeks for me to get the cart I purchased with the lawn tractor (S120) when they forgot to deliver it with the tractor. I finally received it and they offered to put it together for me prior to delivery, which helped alleviate my frustration. The staff has always been nice throughout the process.

Today was my first visit to this store and I was so impressed with the experience. Everything I needed was there and the staff were amazing. I need some information on an older tractor and they went above and beyond with answers and pictures. I was also very comfortable with there great social distancing and hand sanitizing. All around this was a true five star experience!!

Found the staff was rude. Salespeople treated us like we were wasting there time, was told repeatedly that I could look online at all inventory. we felt that we were not being taken seriously. So I went and made a deal with Kubuta for a tractor.

I received a print flyer in my mailbox from Green Diamond which included an offer of a pre packaged maintenance kit for my lawn tractors.I stopped in to store to purchase a kit and stood at the parts counter for several minutes while the counter person finished a phone call and then proceed to check their cell phone before greeting me with What did you need". I indicated I wanted to purchase one of the advertised maintenance kit for $39.99
