BPM Fitness is a great facility. Eddy and Justin Darling do a terrific job at motivating you and helping you stay on track. I have been working out for years but they are helping me to tweak my form and to push harder. The BPM community is an excellent resource for people looking to make positive changes in their lifestyle. The members are constantly inspiring one another, showing each other respect and support, and holding one another accountable to their commitment to health. As someone who has been interested in health since I can remember, along with my training as a nurse, I know the importance of a holistic approach to health. This is the key to Eddy's teachings. This is the secret to your own success. Take ownership and present your best self to the world.

BPM is an amazing experience. The workouts are intense, and I always feel great after finishing a class. BPM goes above and beyond by offering helpful nutrition plans and tips, and is a whole support community that will help you reach your goals. Definitely worth checking out. You won't regret it!

I have been going to BPM for a few months now and I love it!! I have been weight lifting and working out for over 15 years and was previously a PT. After looking for something new and different than a big box gym experience I came across BPM and have enjoyed every class! I love seeing the results from putting hard work and effort into the short but intense workouts :-) Eddy, Justin and Colin make your experience worthwhile and enjoyable and share in only wanting what is best for you! On top of that I love the holistic positive experiences with every workout! Definitely worth checking out a class if you get (or make) the opportunity!

BPM is a friendly, non-intimidating environment. The BPM Team and members make you feel comfortable and encourage you to get the best workout, regardless of your fitness level. Their holistic approach to fitness and overall well-being is a breath of fresh air! The workouts are fun (a year ago I would never have put workout and fun in the same sentence) and very challenging. I definitely recommend BPM over any big chain gym!

I have been working out at BPM for 5 years. I love the workouts, they are so efficient and always changing, so I am never bored. It’s a great mix of cardio and strength training. I love the positive vibes from all of the coaches, they are incredibly motivating. Also, this past year I was pregnant with my first child. All of the coaches took a keen interest in pregnancy safety and exercise, and supported me so that I was able to continue exercising throughout my whole pregnancy. As a result, I managed to stay very fit and healthy. The coaches have been just as supportive for my return post baby, helping me recover and regain my strength. Love this place!

While New Years resolutions don't always last, since joining BPM I have found that extra motivation I needed. For me, accountability is important and the Trainers at BPM, Kyle and Maria, do a fantastic job keeping you focused and motivated with a little bit of fun tossed in for good measure.Class sizes are kept nice and small allowing you to feel comfortable even when you don't know everyone in the class.Having never worked out in a gym before, I really appreciate the way each class continues to build on the last, but offers enough variation in the routine to allow people to jump in without feeling left behind.

Amazing. I can't say this enough. Very worth the investment. The workouts are challenging but rewarding (and fun! And i never think working out is fun!!), the environment is supportive and friendly, the instructors are knowledgeable, are there for you from day one. They focus on progress not perfection. My favourite part of any day when i go! I also love the mindfulness/deep breathing at the end of each workout.Best gym"/non gym? I have ever ever experienced."

I started at BPM about a month and a half ago and I have already noticed huge changes in my body, my energy level, and my diet. Eddy and Justin are two of the most amazing trainers, they are consistently pushing you to work as hard as you can and are really helpful with your form, they care about your success which is hard to find! Not only do they help you with the fitness part of your life but they also help you perfect the nutrition aspect by reviewing your food logs! On top of the trainers, everyone that trains at BPM are so friendly and welcoming, a great group of people to work out with, I am so glad I found BPM and I love being a part of the community. I can't wait to see what the future holds and what my future body will look like!!

BPM Fitness has made such an positive impact on my life and I couldn't be more grateful! With two young kids at home, BPM Fitness has an excellent schedule that fits into any busy moms lifestyle. The trainers are amazing!!! They are always challenging me and pushing me each time to reach a new goal. LOVE LOVE LOVE BPM FITNESS!!! Look forward to every class!!!
