I had the BLT with fries, gravy and Greek pasta salad. 1 star removed for the fries. Personally, I am not a fan of this type of french fry. However, everything else was perfect and food was served as it should've been.

Extremely good home made food, good size portions, the place is nice and clean with polite owner. Can’t say enough good about this place. It’s my new favourite spot for home made food !!! New owners for last 8 months and they are doing it right :-)

Absolutely lovely place to go! I saw a review that made me have to go check it out for myself, and it 100% stood true. It's an amazing environment/atmosphere and the staff are incredible! They are all really kind and super funny, they checked in often and they were able to answer any questions we had- or find the answers if they didn't know themselves. They were all really lovely and I will definitly be going back. 10/10 place to go. It's hard to find such a homely or intimate environment nowadays and they definitly provide that. They have a really cute seating area indoors and their patio space is lovely. It would be a fantastic place to have a family lunch or any small gathering. Definitly a place that I would recommend to friends. Glad that I got to experience it, and I think everyone else should try it out at least once for the experience too, you won't be disappointed and I’m sure their lovely staff will have you going back too! ♡

We rode from Sarnia Ontario to motocamp in the area. After riding all afternoon, we needed food. Stopped at Shannies restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere of the restaurant. Friendly staff greeted us. The food was awesome. We highly recommend this restaurant for travellers or anyone wanting a great meal and friendly atmosphere. Thanks so much.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers, fries and onion rings. Great tasting food. Service was fast. Definitely recommend them.

It was my first time at Shannies and I was super impressed...all the great reviews I had been hearing from friends and neighbours were absolutely true! I went in with a friend and his 2 young daughters and we loved the food. Such a nice cozy place for a meal...we loved the wildlife decor. And the service was top notch...Tanya made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again!

Opened in June, very welcome addition to the community. Delish burgers and ice cream. Reasonably priced and very friendly service. Only 3 minutes north of the Tweed Tim Hortons on the east side of highway 37. Do your taste buds a favour and stop in.

We love our meals for eat in and take out at Shannies. Staff are very friendly. Servings are large. Prices are fair. It's like eating in moms kitchen.
