This lady’s work is nothing short of amazing and beautiful! She prepared her ‘Royal Bouquet’ for my daughter’s 16th birthday at it was perfect! She was also super understanding when we had to change the date on very short notice. We can’t thank her enough!

Absolutely top-notch service! The Balloons Lady saved me from being the worst aunt in history. I had forgotten to get my 5 year-old nieces birthday gift and I live on the other side of the country. I messaged the Balloons Lady around 6pm the night before her birthday and they quickly replied and confirmed that they could deliver the next day. Thank you so much, she loves them!

I stumbled across this contact through another company that wasn’t based in Ottawa (referred me here.) Best find ever! Professional ,courteous, quickly responded- thoughtful ,listened to what I had to say and was able to pull this off with a very short turnaround for me and make my son‘s 25th birthday, when I couldn’t be with him ,extra special. Their work is a work of art and I would recommend it to anybody for any occasion and, for what you’re getting, quite reasonably priced. This was my first experience but I guarantee you, it won’t be my last! Thank you for adding to my son special day!!
