I had an amazing experience at Urban Oasis- thank you so much to Chris and his assistant. The colour and cut which you have given me is beautiful. Chris is very knowledgeable and educated me whilst doing my hair.

Chris gave me a haircut, and it was a wonderful experience. Chris is a professional and can tell what's right for you. He told me what my hair type is, how to care for it, and how to style it. Chris didn't rush into anything (which was very lovely) and he was very thorough and responsible in his work. And all the visitors have separate rooms, it's very comfortable!

I always feel like a VIP at Urban Oasis Salon. It’s an incredibly calm and relaxing environment. There is soft lighting in the lobby and hair wash areas. For the haircut, you get your own private room with the stylist- a zen environment and their full attention. I felt like I was given the time to discuss what I wanted for my hair, and I got great feedback about how to style and care for my hair going forward. I also really love what he’s done to update my bangs - I feel like I’ve really hit a personal style that I feel great about. Will certainly be returning soon!

Urban Oasis is a salon experience that goes above and beyond. It was a warm welcome right when I walked in and throughout the appointment I felt I was in great hands. Chris listened to my hair needs and gave me a cut and style that was exactly what I was looking for! I appreciate that Chris shared his knowledge of hair/scalp health with me so I can best maintain my hair. Overall, a spectacular experience. I will be recommending to others.

I went to Urban Oasis after reading the raving reviews on Google and I was NOT disappointed to say the least. My previous haircut was done so poorly (at another salon) , I was scared to go to any hairstylist again. But Chris was extremely kind, professional and gave the exact cut I wanted. Every single person who worked at the salon was super nice and the whole experience was incredible! Chris also shared with me, how I could take care of my hair better and what kind of products I should use! It was truly fantastic! Definitely recommend Urban Oasis :)

Chris Poon is amazing, he provided guidance on how to keep my hair healthy and ways to style it to look its best. He’s fun, energetic and made the appointment feel quick and productive! Claire is a a big sweetheart and so kind! Definitely found by new spot!

I enjoyed my experience at Urban Oasis Salon with Chris P and would highly recommend to anyone considering making a visit. Chris was attentive and very informative during my haircut. He appeared to be genuinely interested in helping me to take care of my hair in-between services and not just in getting the job done as I've often felt at other salons/with other stylists. He was thoughtful in his recommendations both for after I left the salon as well as for my haircut (informing me what would work best for my hair texture/curl). The salon is clean and the individual rooms for the service are a nice touch to feel like you're receiving personalized service. I will certainly be back for my next cut!
