Angus Glen Montessori School

Edit: Teachers and staff in school continue to be great at what they do, understanding, and loving. However, I recently had a VERY unpleasant email exchange with whom I thought was an incompetent and rude admin employee but turned out to be the school principal.. I am just glad she is not an actual teacher directly dealing with any kids. But if she continues to run the school with the level of ineffective communication, disrespectful attitude, and unprofessionalism that she has shown me, then this school will not last long.Both our kids go here and we love it. The new app gives updates of the kids with their activities and pictures throughout the day, which is amazing and must be a lot of work for the teachers so kudos to everyone. Our experience here has been nothing but positive since the beginning with our older one. We can really feel the love everyone has for all the kids.

As you've read on some of the previous reviews, the teachers are amazing and my child has been able to thrive, however, it's the school owners and 'Board of Directors' that are terrible. It seems that they are all about profits and don't care about the staff, as you can also find out in reviews from other sites, the parents, or the students.They mislead you through their official communications and use outdated news articles to justify their decisions, particularly with the CWELCC child care program, which they indicated that they were going to participate in prior to the school year, but then withdrew from, leaving parents with no options but to continue with them.A normal parent would've just kept quiet and let their child continue in the school until they graduated, but this is to better inform other parents who are planning on enrolling their children here that this is definitely not a trustworthy school.

Our kids have been at AGM for the past 3 years and enjoy it very much. The teachers are attentive and create a fun educational environment. The secretary is very nice and helpful. The menu has a good variety. We especially enjoy the new phone app where we get daily updates and can easily contact the teachers. Thank you for giving both our children and us a positive experience.

Our child loves going to school. We get daily updates and pictures...they keep them so busy and their activities look so educational. We have noticed a difference in vocabulary and other skill sets since starting. Overall, we are very happy with AGM!

I can't be more grateful to the school and it's staff for taking care of my baby, with only 6 months of age we started this adventure and as a new mother I was full of fears, but Miss Sue and Miss Azza have been there throughout the process accompanying me , guiding me and giving me his best advices, today my baby is almost 9 months old and I am very happy with everything they do, developing his motor skills and helping him to socialize which is excellent in these times of pandemic. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the infant room, the school chef, Rohini and Sayda for all the care and love they have for my son.

Both of my children are attending Angus glen montessori school. The environment is nice and clean. The teachers are very caring and friendly. My daughter is in the casa program and my son is in the infant program. They both are happy and enjoy the time there.

The teachers and staff are very friendly and caring. My son enjoys going to school every day. We can see his big progress since he started summer camp at AGM this year. We are also excited to see the pictures posted daily on new app and Instragram.

Lacking extreme attention to detail and very poor communication with parents.I constantly had to check in as they prove time and time again that they weren't looking after my child as they should. (Not putting a hat or using sunscreen on my child was a HUGE issue to me but not to them - this is negligence).Some teachers are amazing, while others could definitely improve. The 2 stars are for the great teachers.Secretary needs to be educated.Be wary of the 5 stars reviews they have with no comments/info.

My boy has been AGM for 1year, he enjoys going to school every day.Teachers are nice and caring kids. Staffs there keep the school very clean.They update pictures almost everyday.I am happy my son goes to Angus glen

Unbelievable, Angus Glen management consistently communicated that they've opted into CWELCC and right at the end of October, they said they are opting out. Feels like a bait and switch to get us all signing up for a renewal in September and then now we can't go anywhere because school has already started. Management is extremely rude too, won't respond to our emails. Very sneaky, won't come back next year. Stay away!
