Our gas fireplace stopped working in February 2020. They were extremely professional and honest about what was wrong and/or broken and how much it would cost to fix. The fireplace was made by a company that is no longer in business and was installed in 1992. Unfortunately we had to call them in again because something new had broken on the fireplace and it was no longer keeping a pilot light. They found the part and replaced it, and a few other things and our fireplace is running like new again.I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. They are beyond professional and extremely honest about pricing and expectations.

Great service, they showed up same day we called, fix the furnace and returned after to do a repair to our furnace intake vent. Very professional, friendly and very reasonable price. We will recommend them to our friends. Thanks guys!

To the rescue! I'm in the middle of a very large renovation and my contractors HVAC sub-contractor bailed. While dealing with very serious concerns with my contractor but still needing to push through the renovations Tyler and the Quinte Heating Services crew came to the rescue. They got the HVAC installed in less than half a day and under budget. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.

These guys are terrific. Our older heating system was failing and the boys took the time to come out, have a look and offer up a number of solutions to get us back up and running - all on short notice. We were under a constrained timeline and they provided the honest information that we needed to achieve the most cost efficient solution while at the same time significantly upgrading system efficiency. I called Quinte Heating about a quote to replace my broken hot water heater. They arranged to have James stop by to take a look the very next morning. James was more than professional and was very personable. He texted me right away with all the information that I needed. We decided to go ahead with the installation and, within 24 hours from my first phone call, Tyler and James had installed a brand new hot water heater. They spent extra time mopping up the water in the basement, wiping the pipes, and making sure I knew how to adjust the temperature before they left. Fast service, very professional, honest and likeable guys, and a good price. Will definitely be calling Quinte Heating again in the future! Thank you!UPDATE (3 months later):We had a small leak in the plumbing about the new hot water tank that Quinte Heating installed. Tyler mentioned during install that it may need to be replaced in the near future. We called Quinte Heating and Tyler was in touch quickly. He arranged to have Brad from Bessin Bros Plumbing stop by to fix the leak at no cost to us. Not only did Quinte Heating have great customer service during install, but they continue to have excellent service well after install. Thanks, Tyler!

Honestly I don't have the words to express my gratitude to Tyler and Jake ...there service, is hands down the best in town ...D&k came out 7 or 8 times to fix our reoccurring furnace problem..and each time it got more and more expensive...We have been without heat since Saturday. I called Quinte Heating Services and Tyler was beyond compassionate to our situation...they came by for free ...assessed the furnace and replaced the blower motor in an hr and a half . With better service and a hell of a better price...! ..This pandemic and lockdowns have been hard on everyone. Its nice to see that there are genuine people like Tyler and Jake that aren't out to take advantage, of us everyday people...So if you you need help with your furnace...don't hesitate to call ...these guys are amazing.!

After receiving several quotes, we went with Quinte Heating based on the reviews here and I would highly recommend you do the same.Tyler and team removed an old oil tank, installed a new propane furnace and an air conditioner. It is a century home with an old fieldstone foundation, but they managed to get everything properly installed and looking tidy. Our only issue was due to a small miscommunication with the team, but Tyler went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the new system and his company’s standards were met.Through my job, I have worked with several HVAC companies in the area, and none are as responsive, professional, or frankly talented as Quinte Heating. Look no further, this is your best option for heating and cooling!

James Kerr is very professional and informative. I have yet to use the services but given his experience and expertise I would recommend quinte heating to anyone who needs home care service!
