I'm most inspired in my shopping experiences by the service that i get. Rob at princess auto is a great example of the customer service experience that a staff should give to every customer. I walked in 5 mins before closing, to get a wrench probably worth $7. Rob not only helped me pick the right product but also helped me try and test it out on my car, parked outside the store. This is exemplary customer service. Princess auto is lucky to have such staff members and kudos to the manager for the training.Way to go Rob.

What happened ? This was such a clean and organized store. Now it's plugged with product and not enough staff. 30 mins to buy one item....Store needs to blow out product to make room. Get rid of obsolete products
