Came in to resize a necklace and the guy working was on the phone with an obvious issue. He was clearly upset and not able to do his job to the point I felt it best to leave. I wanted to give them my business, but can’t deal with drama. If you have a business leave your family “business” at home.

Jewelry People are awesome! This is not your big box Jewelry Store which is exactly why I love this place. Both my husbands and my wedding rings were falling apart after 19 years. The quotes I had from other jewelry stores were outrageous. Took a chance at this store and my rings are like new again!! Actually better than new!! Also great price! The owner is very nice and friendly and super fast! Don’t waste your time and money at the other jewelry stores, go here! You won’t be disappointed!!

It seemed my wedding ring was catching my hair a little too much and seemingly all of a sudden. Thinking the post or the setting had worked loose, I brought it to this shop for an inspection. No problems with the ring and no cost at all for the inspection. Already a good experience! But what made it special was a table for sale in the showroom. I walked in the door and stopped in my tracks. I yelled out stunning" and filled with excitement. Turns out the owner also makes furniture. Really beautiful furniture. We bought that table and love it every day. It was delivered to our home

Beautiful shop and a nice enough owner. But I think he's a little inconsiderate of people's feelings. I came in for a ring sizer on my engagement ring . When I handed it to him he said. What's this !!?? It's a 2 carat lab diamond I love it and it's just as beautiful as a real diamond. But he made me feel it was less then and it was embarrassing.. I won't do business here again ..

About a month ago, I busted my wedding ring that I've worn everyday for almost 9 years. I broke the prongs that held the center stone and lost the diamond. I was dreading getting it fixed thinking $$$$$. The owner recommended replacing it with a white sapphire, as it's durable and affordable. So now, my wedding ring looks as beautiful as the day I got it (maybe even better) and it didn't break the bank. Highly recommend supporting this local business!
