Joy Learn has been the kindest most caring building manager I've ever dealt with. She is consistently available whenever needed and always goes above and beyond the tenants request. She is a large part of why I have continued to live here for the past 4 years.

Very tidy and lovely hazel view 23 spring street apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bedroom size and nice bathroom.joe is a great host and there when you need her,Very nice and wants to share all she know about the area. We still live there. Thank you for the everything joe.

The staff for this building really makes you feel at home . Joy is great to deal with and truly cares about her building. She is prompt with getting things done . I would recommend renting here or any other Hazleview property based on my positive experience with Joy and the staff here.

I had a bad experience staying with people of my own and moving into a new country, but Hazelview has exceeded my expectations. The leasing process, move-in, and communication have been effortless and hassle-free. Hazelview offers various online resources and webinars for residents to enhance their living experience, which is a great added benefit. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient. Joy, the building manager, is friendly, attentive, and efficient in addressing issues. She regularly checks in with residents, which is thoughtful. The rent rates are reasonable, and the overall experience is positive. The neighbors are amiable, and the units are modernized. Hazelview is also adding new amenities, which is exciting news. I highly recommend renting from Hazelview due to its excellent management and pleasant living experience.

I've been a tenant here for four months and can't say enough good things about Joy, Wayne, and the other lovely folks who look after the place. Apt. is beautifully redone, and they respond quickly to issues (of which I've had very few, and minor). Highly recommended!

I’ve been living here with nothing but positive experiences and it has a lot to do with the building manager Joy. Things get done with her and I am happy with everything. Highly recommend renting here for fair rates , great location, staff who actually on site and cares and all around positive experience . I have had issues in the past living in Toronto with building managers who are non existent and never on site and nothing gets done. 5 stars

Clean, updated building with friendly and helpful management.I recently moved into the building after a negative experience at another building run by a different company. Hazelview has been exceptional since day one. Signing the lease, moving in, and all communication has been easy and seamless. Hazelview even offers it’s residents access to webinars and online resources to make their living experience betterJoy is friendly and works very hard. She is also thoughtful and checks in regularly. The lobby, elevators, and hallways are always clean. The neighbours are friendly and the units are completely updated. They are in the process of adding in new amenities as well.Very happy!

I have been living in this building for 6 years now and Joy is the best Building Manager there is out there. She is so dedicated, always so busy keeping the building so clean, she’s always there for me for anything that I need help with. Even when I had a problem with my appliances she was able to help solve the problem immediately with replacing them. Without Joy this building wouldn’t be the same as she is so nice, friendly and welcoming.

Joy and Mike are very helpful, keep the building clean also answer the phones in a timely manner. Need security in building lots of homeless people in the stairwells doing their business. Almost got assaulted by three people(druggies) taking garbage out at 6am this morning. Head office doesn't care about security in this building at all.
