A rough start to the morning with a van held hostage by a crunched door. Todd was super responsive and arrived just over two hours later and had it all fixed and working smoother than prior to the dent in under an hour. Very Grateful. Highly recommended.

Todd originally showed up September 27th to examine door. Advised me to email for a maintenance appointment, which I did that day. Followed up that email on October 8th after no response. Further tried to contact him by text at his advertised number on October 21st. Still no reply. Sorry, if he hasn't time to even acknowledge a customer, how will he have time to provide the service requested. Would recommend talking to another company for efficient service.

I just had my garage door, automatic opener and rails all replaced by access overdoor. I was very pleased with the workmanship. The fit and finish of the final product was very nice looking. The door was rigged right into place making a good seal. I also thought the cost of labour was very fair. Especially for cold lake as we seem to pay a premium up here but their prices were very good.

Superb customer service, I called anticipating a bit of a wait given that we were heading into a long weekend but Todd was there in under an hour and had the job done in even less time! Thanks for a smooth and quick transaction! We will definitely be calling again if needed.

Very happy with Todd at Access Doors! Excellent prompt and friendly service. They answered all my questions and are very knowledgeable. They even checked all the garage doors and serviced them.They are now my go to guys. Highly recommend Todd for all your garage door needs.

Todd did a great job fixing a broken spring on my garage door. Showed me how to do periodic maintenance on my door as well. He was fast and price was very reasonable. Called him one day and he was there the next.Highly recommended!!!Thanks Todd

Excellent service. I called Todd Wednesday around 4 pm and he was here the next day. Fixed and serviced the door I called about and 2 other one as well. Very efficient..will definitely call if I have problems again.

We have had a few issues with our doors over the past couple of years. Then one day our one door decided it did not want to open or close. Called and he showed up the next day. He fixed both my doors and they work better than when they were first installed. I was also happy with his price. Highly recommend!

There was an issue with the 10 foot overhead door for the workplace warehouse which made it inoperable. Todd has assisted in the past and even on a busy Friday, he was able to make time to get the door repaired and operable once more. Thank you very much for fitting us in. The warehouse team said it works much better than before. Highly recommended.
