New York Fries ONroute Mallorytown

Possibly one of the best fried I've had so far in North America. The service was very nice and I really appreciate the smalltalk we just had.

The server was excellent, she made my poutine exactly as I requested (layered cheese and gravy). I will absolutely go back.

I ordered poutine what i get plain fries and no costumer service at allllllll

Prince and ravinder are very good and polite personI just planned to stop here while travelling to nova scotia. He made the very good poutine.

Stopped at this OnRoute while on our way to Montreal. Have always loved New York Fries and this location doesn't disappoint either.Crispy and hot fries - especially great during winters. The staff is good and friendly.Definitely recommended!!

When you stop for food then you get to know They open 12pm.

By far New York Fries has the worst staff ever. I may have attended on a bad day but the service was terrible. I attended at lunch today. It was a rainy day so it wasn't too busy. I waited for 30 minutes because I noticed a staff at the back hiding and pretending to do work. She refused to serve me and didn't come out for the entire lunch service. I usually support the hard working staff and try not to critize them.This worker was obviously angry at the owner and probably the supervisor as she wanted them to lose business but she was unkind to the customers. She could have encouraged me to go to another business like Tim Hortons but instead she just ignored me.I must admit I thought that the experience would have been better. I like NY fries but today the staff didn't like us. The food is good but the customer service isn't. This will go in my top 10 worst customer service experiences.I don't think I will ever go back to NY fries especially at the onroute in Mallory Town. The staff working today accomplished her goal she has ensured we will no longer want to attend that restaurant again.

One of the WORST experiences ever hadi am standing here at counter for more than 30 min and still no one prest at the counter. And the end , i eat from TIM HORTONS , worst NYC ever in all CANADA ,. To the owner - if u dont know how to manage such restaurants then close and do some other work., Atleast someone like will not go with such a disappointment .

Poutine, fries and various chops. Great service....
