Very helpful and accommodating staff. We had problems with our trailer and arrived at almost closing time. They made sure that our problem was fixed so that we could continue on our holiday.

Bought our first RV trailer from here. Staff were super friendly and informative. No pressure sales tactics and they found us the perfect trailer.

I store my RV there. Staff is excellent. Great friendly service.

Am giving this a one star as the site will not allow you to post otherwise! We were assured this place knew how to recaulk around the slides and sides of our motor coach and we believed them. Wrong thing to do. When we picked up the coach the job had not been finished and what was done was messy and incomplete. When I let the owner/manager know this, he said they did not have enough time to finish the job as his workers did not work Saturday and he does not pay overtime!!! A simple phone call to us asking for more time would have changed this. He then asked if we wanted to leave it to be finished at 125.00 per hour on a job that was not acceptable. I continued to say this was not OK and he got angry and repeated the same excuses again. Please do not let these people work on your treasured RV. The staff in the main store however are very friendly if you want a smile for the day, otherwise take your money elsewhere. Donna Ashdown and Chet Moore

We got a great deal and we shopped around. Had a couple minor first trip issues that did not affect the use of any components during the trip. Called in for some warranty fixes, cracked facias and loose end caps, they said to leave it for the week and pick it up the following week. trailer was ready and all were very friendly. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone we have from sales thru service and the store. Some really good comments regarding what we needed and should purchase, and they did not push any sales thru the store, just recommended. I would recommend to anyone

Best place on the planet for parts, and now storage. In addition to RV supplies I but them for my boat also.

Had to give them 1 star...couldnt do 0...bought a generator from them at R V show .2016...3100 powerhouse..and a 3000 powerhouse..both failed..wouldnt run a hair dryer...took them back 3100 is repaired for now...3000 is obsolete. 3 months after purchace so they will return money....9 months later i get a chegue for 700.00 instead of 1100.00...i call them to here many more excuses...owners on hollidays..accountent not in today... total bull stay clear no idea how to run a buissness scam scam scam

Overpriced parts and accessories and they don't really care about you or your treasured trailer or RV. They will take absolutely no responsibility when (not if) your trailer is damaged in their storage yard.
