Immature, Childish and Specially if you are a buyer please be very cautious as he will paint the buyer as well as seller in very bad shape to connect with each other. Will make Buyer very scared to talked with seller or even chat with each other. I am not sure if he has his own interest in doing so but it is very strange. Even he will try to enter the property without any appointment once he know the lock code for the property keys which are not usually changed by broker more often as they trust each other. But again few of them are exceptions. First time buyer please do your due-diligence before you make any decisions.
