Oakley Woods Croquet & The Croquet Store

Sold me a extreme croquet set and one ball broke after 20 minutes of play (see attached picture). They warrantied the one ball but said that they wont carry the warranty forward. Direct quote from the company I ’m sorry to hear that one of your balls has broken. We have limited quantity of these balls included with your set in shop

I have now bought 2 sets from OW (one for my house and one for the cabin) and I continue to be extremely satisfied. They always have fantastic customer service which includes advice and recommendations for different levels of play as well as different play environments (ie tall vs short grass). Their customer service is only matched by the high quality of their equipment- I have friends who have had the set for 7 years and is still in great condition. The prices may seem high compared to other sets online but if you are serious about mid-high level croquet and want serious longevity, there is no better option in North America.

Excellent. The guy is the king of croquet . Extremely knowledgeable on the sport and his mallets are amazing. Definitely worth che king out.
