What a gem of a store! Very friendly and helpful staff. Not only do they do a great job repairing shoes, but they fixed the zipper on an expensive backpack I was thinking I’d have to throw out.

My backpack was ripped near the zipper, they were able to fix it! Only took a couple days and it wasn’t very expensive. Good service overall.

The folk here are friendly & do great work! I had a massive crack in the base of one of my boots. They sanded down outside out the sole till the crack was gone, then installed new vibrum grip on the outside. I am extremely pleased with the excellent work done!

My brown leather dress shoes had a rip and were heavily scuffed. When I picked them up, they looked nearly brand new. The service was quick and very fairly priced

Abusive. Manipulative. Poor Craftsmanship.I came here with a pair of boots that needed enlargement at the calf. Based off my initial conversation with the cobbler, I was given the impression that the job could be completed and I paid up front.When I came back, the job was not at all how it had been described to me. Moreover, the stitches were inconsistent, uneven, did not match on the boots, and ruined the existing stitching pattern on the boot.I tried to respectfully express my disappointment, and hoped we could come to a resolution - either via additional fixes to amend the poor work, or a refund. My dissatisfaction was met with vicious, condescending, and abhorrent behaviour from the cobbler. I was told my shoes were cheap and not worth the labour, that I was a terrible person, that it was my fault that the job didn’t turn out, to never show my face in the store again, and that nobody cared that I was disappointed in the work.I remained polite and diplomatic despite the verbal abusive being thrown my way. The other employees were watching the conversation but made no effort to intervene. I feel sorry for anyone who works at this store or visits this business because it is a toxic environment with no regard for human kindness or decency.I will be taking my boots somewhere else, and I hope anyone thinking about going here decides to take their work elsewhere too.

Won’t be going back. Work on my shoes seems good enough but owner was very rude and condescending. As a woman I’m used to a certain amount of this but it was next level - telling me I could pick my shoes up anytime on a certain day, then when I called to confirm telling me I am wrong and my shoes are not ready if I haven’t had a phone call. No phone call came - I needed my shoes so went there in desperation even though no phone call - guess what, they were ready. Got them after enduring another round of condescending comments. No shade to anyone who goes there, I’m sure he’s very skilled, I will just take my business elsewhere.

Knives were sharpened nicely at a very fair price! Footwear repairs for the WHOLE family is always top notch, I will highly recommend this place. There is also an array of beautiful shoes and slippers for sale.
