Absolutely pathetic service, last time I was in Pasadena I stopped in and my coffee were not fit to drink and my sandwich was cold and slapped together...it happens figured maybe it was a off day...today I was back in pasadena I ordered 6 double doubles and a wrap, pretty simple order....25 minutes(no joke) later she apologized for the wait and said my wrap was now on the grill, I said can I just get my money back I dont have more time to wait I only have a 15 minute lunch break and I have already been here 25, all of a sudden she said it was done and pulled it off the grill...It wasnt....I wish I could post a picture smh wouldnt recommended visiting this place,its the definition of amature hour!

I haven't been here in a very long time. This location hasn't changed. The coffee is STILL AWESOME. The Staff OUTSTANDING. And the food/choices REMARKABLE! look forward to a return trip. I advise everyone to check it out!

We walked in and it smelled like something was burning and it was very smoky in there, but we got a dozen donuts, I got an iced coffee, my parents both got a tea and my husband got a coffee. We threw everything we bought in the trash. Definitely wouldn't go back.
