The customer service is great here. I booked an appointment and was seen on time and the process was quick and easy. While my claim was being process they called me to check in and made sure that everything was taken care of. They gave me a nice courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. I now have another service issue based on work that was done here and they seem happy to fix it. I will update after it is complete.

I took my vehicle in on Tuesday for a minor repair. The staff at the front were amazing. They handled any questions I had before I even had to ask them. A courtesy car was offered before I asked and I was provided with a clean, reliable vehicle while mine was in the repair shop. I dropped my suv off on Tuesday and got it back by Friday. I am super happy with the work and my car was given a really good detail clean. Very happy with Fix Auto and would totally recommend.

I had experience with this poor quality shop month ago.Totally unprofessional place, it's even not the shop. Manager told me that my 15 years old SL55 not perfect and because of that the work that they provided is good for my car.I would recommend to avoid dealing with those people.....I had a scratch on rear quarter panel, for some reason those unprofessional people painted door, rear quarter, trunk lid as well as broke panel in the trunk and finally to finish their perfect job broke the light. I took pictures of everything and gonna claim at ICBC Claim centre.This is not just my words, photos attached....Next step to claim to ICBC Claim centre and refinish the car at different shop. Hopefully icbc will shut down this place.This place must be shut down.

No care or attention to detail taken at all with the repair. Car was left there for 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up the had gotten paint on trim and then tried to rub it off and damaged the trim. Paint was also spilled on tire rim and not cleaned. Taillight and bumper were supposed to be repaired but nothing is straight or installed correctly. They say they will fix everything but I have zero confidence in their work at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to anyone.

I took my vehicle to Fix Auto for my last 3 repairs. They are friendly, helpful, they listen and stand behind their work. I have been to other shops and left with a repaired vehicle but when I pick up from Fix Auto Langley my car comes back to me completely repaired as well as completely vacuumed and washed. I will never trust another shop with my vehicle. A special thank you to Brandon, who went above and beyond.

It’s a terrible service ,my car has been in the shop since march 7 2023 , they don’t call me to give me a following on my car I have called a few time and requested for a car for my transportation and they haven’t provided me with one

Brought my car in on an icbc claim. Fire adamage and windshield damage.Not only did they get all the marks off my car but they detailed it too.I had so much dog hair all over my back seat and well crumbs from my 5 year old. It is so spotless and clean and shiny again!! Definitely went above and beyond.Highly recommend So professional!
