We are loving our new ducted heat pump. We can't say enough good things about the service we received and the quality of the unit we purchased through Valley Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Highly recommend.

I wish there are words to describe how pathetic of a company this is. The Mini-split was not working so we call to get some help, they tell us this can only be done by a tech. He comes to the house and after listening to him whine about how he isn't paid enough, flips a switch and leaves. Now they send a bill for 380 dollars for a service call. So first the person on the phone could have explained how to use the reset, which doesn't waste the time of myself and the company. But to charge $380 dollars for something that could have been fixed over the phone is criminal. Also when we called to inquire as this is an obvious mistake, they tell us that they will not budge on the price and that the driver had to drive all the way there. So you are paying the technician wage not for a service, let alone good service. This review is to warn you from a company that cares nothing for you, use at your own risk

Received prompt and professional service with Max! Had my home assessment and quote within a few days and once we committed to purchase was installed in less than a week! Unit works well with no concerns and keeps my home comfortably warm!

Service technician sat on site for hours charging me money with another apprentice while waiting on the phone to talk to someone more experienced with my particular unit.After I contacted Hayward(unit mfr), it is clear that this unit heats water at a very low rate when the temperature outside is lower. Hard to tell if it is heating without measuring water temperature on both ends of the unit.In the end, the unit should have worked fine without any changes to it, and I had no idea how it worked, nor did the technician on site. The technician sat on hold and was booking time. 4 hours labor for a total work effort of 1 hour.Happy for the diagnostic, just not all the waiting time, and replacing refrigerant that was not bad". This company needs a refresher course in business ethics when it comes to pricing. Taking advantage of customers with outrageous markup on readily available parts and supplies. No negotiation after the fact - even for a customer that's been using them since 2017. Our customers in the area should know that warranty service will be taken over by a more transparent and fair company.

I've spent over 3 months trying to get a quote for heat pump installation that was supposed to be 2-3 days from the Woodstock office. Based on experience I'm not sure that I'd trust any interactions with them. If you end up speaking with Heather on anything you're wasting your time just hang up.

Terrible customer service and after sale service. Installed a new unit that worked for a day. Now waiting weeks for every part inside the unit to be ordered and replaced. Also, refused to replace entire deflective unit with a working new unit. Jordan says it not their problem the unit was deflective"."

I got 3 quotes for a mini split and it made sense to include VR as they installed our central air heat pump a few years ago. I wanted a Fujitsu and they were the only company that carried it. Max showed up on time and relayed all the info I needed on specs and warranty. On install day two guys come and did the install. Works awesome and really happy with this company and their service.

I was surprised at the unfair service of this company.We applied for a service to repair the refrigerator.At 10 o'clock, the first technician came into our store, and after 20 minutes, he called somewhere and said that he had to call for an additional second technician.We asked the first engineer if there was an additional cost for the second engineer, and he replied that there was no additional cost.And they finished work around 12:10.However, the invoice they sent us today had a ridiculous amount written on it.Two engineers were working, and they were supposed to work three hours, not two.We sent them an email about the wrong situation.And the next day, I got a call to our store. She didn't listen to us at all and kept talking to herself and forced us to pay the amount written on the invoice.We also talked about third-party collection if we don't pay the amount listed on the invoice.I've never had this kind of service before.I don't want you to suffer this kind of damage like us
