While browsing the mall I seen they had a few straighteners on a table. I proceeded in the store to check it out.Young boy, i wouldn't consider the ignorant, arrogant person a man, jumped from his chair and stood there staring at me looking at the items. I told him I didn't need any help but the rude person just glared at me as if I was unable to afford to be shopping in the salon...if you get my drift. He proceeded to say that's 200 dollars, well no kidding, I can read. I asked him if there was a problem, he proceeded to stare at me and so I asked forthe owner's name. He stated that he was. I left the store and my partner happened to show up at the end of the incident. He asked the boy was there a problem....the answer was No Sir. He wouldn't give his name.Proceeded back by the salon today. I asked an older man working there today if he was the owner, he said no but how can I help you. Proceeded to speak with him of the incident from Sunday AND he as much as called me a liar that the boy wouldn't do that.Well I guess ignorance is part of the job qualifications there.I would like to meet the true owner face to face and see what he or she thinks.I believe they both need to be given some lessons about Customer Service!

Vivian took the time to clearly understand what I wanted and gave me some ideas and welcome advices for my engagement photoshoot. I’m definitely going back for my wedding day :-)

I got a haircut from Sohaila and honestly she did it with so much perfection and being in canada i never found any hairstylist that so kind and she does such a great haircut highly recommended

Got a great haircut by one of the experienced hairdressers who work here. I got lots of compliments too from friends on my haircut. I love how convenient the place is since they are open every day of the week.

Will never visit again. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. black dirt between the teeth on a white comb. someone's hair on another comb. terrible

Sohaila is AMAZING!!! I went in for a spontaneous cut and she gave me beautiful layers!! Blow dry was nicely done! She was the sweetest and so professional! She’s got years of experience and it really shows! I’m definitely coming back just for Sohaila! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

OMG Abla is great!! So professional. To be honest so far she is the best one ever that did my hair. Would TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! Go for it guys its worth every penny

Came to get my hair cut and styled and it was perfect! The stylist knew exactly what they were doing and the haircut is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend :)
