Daniel was very professional and punctual. From the first appointment to the end of the job he was right on time as per our agreement. Daniel is very considerate person taking great care of people's home and possessions. He was very careful not to damage anything, he protected the work area with additional plastic sheets even though he uses dustless machines. Daniel is very knowledgeable in his business and has been great help in deciding how to refinish our floor. We are very happy with overall experience with Floorcan, I felt that Daniel went out of his way to accommodate our demanding schedule and delivered an exceptional quality work. Daniel and his helper were nothing short of great! They installed laminate floor planks throughout the entirety of my condo. They were quick, they were fair priced, and they went over and above helping us move some of the heavy stuff around (which isn't their responsibility at all). He was punctual for the estimate, explained the scope of work; and was able to fit the 2 days of solidwork into his busy schedule. (None of the typical tradesmen of: a bit one day, a bit the next, when the project drags on and on and poor respect for the customer's time). Our on-site sanding and finishing project utilized his dustless finishing/vacuuming system and truly kept the bedrroom and rest of the house clean of fine sawdust (that we had expeienced - 17 years ago with our first hardwwod installation)..
