Georgian Animal Hospital
I would give them a 5 star review because I absolutely loved them. But in the last year I don't have the patience, their hours are 8:30-4, they never answer the phone, takes me 3 days to get thru, and when you call at 8:30...it's usually still closed. So I give up. I try to manage my work life around their schedule. It's ridiculous.

The staff are friendly, understanding and helpful. We moved from Parry Sound and continued to bring our dogs back. The vets come and speak you directly. I like that they speak to me honestly and with compassion when it was needed. Now we just have one dog left and he likes the vet he sees.

Had to sadly put our old dog down, staff was caring and kind. Didn't rush us out at all. They were very understanding on how hard that choice was.

They are very accommodating, professional, helpful & friendly. Our per had a sore leg and they were able to give us some over the phone advise to assist and comfort the dogThen we were able to book an appointment right away and they were able to get her in the next day.Wonderful to deal with friendly people that care about you and your pet. Great to see some good old fashioned genuine customer service is still available these days. I highly recommend them.

I was so thrilled to be fit in last minute with my two and a half week old puppy who was concerning me! The staff were wonderful and kind, and Dr. West was awesome with my wee guy! I was not over serviced or overcharged, and I guarantee I will be going back for my pets future veterinary needs!
