Five out of six times I called the establishment for an appointment, no one picked up. And the one time that I was received, I was told to go online to make it, rather than just making one then and there with her on the phone. While its not a huge deal, I do think that its rather obnoxious, so I wont be using this establishment.

Got the worst haircut my sides were longer than the top of my haircut. The guy also verbally told me while I was getting my haircut that he did not know how to cut long hair.

Went in on a Saturday around 10:40..asked if I had an appointment, because they can't get to booked up so they can have a lunch! I asked if walk-ins were still allowed, she said yes. Waited for 40 mins while 2 of 3 barbers were not doing anything..beside waiting on an appointment?? I had always had great service there but never again on a Saturday!! And let's just say I wasn't to happy with the cut either ..the back was cut up to my ears...After specifically growing my hair out for a particular cut ..I was pretty disappointed....To reply to owner - Pretty sure you can't glue the hair back on! The back is 2 inches to short and the line I asked to be put in (thin line specifically) is 1/2 wide...no choice but to wear a hat for a month...as far as the service
