Mahezabi Shamim was my travel agent and she was amazing! I saved so much time by having her do all the research. She was awesome at giving us all the info and letting us know of the changes as well. Hello,We recently completed a vacation trip to Europe, 23 days, including tour coach, cruise and flights to other cities, transfers, excursions, etc. Our whole trip was prepared by Pamela Graham from Transat Travel at Sherwood Park office.It was our first experience working with a travel agent and it was great!Pamela did a wonderful job preparing a very complex trip with a lot of daily activities and in conclusion our vacation was perfect thanks in great part to Pamela.Everything (99%) of the coordination worked exactly as planned. We were amazed because in such a long trip chances are that some of what was planned will not work and we believe the planning was so great that minimized the changes of failure.In addition Pamela was always asking us and confirming exactly what we wanted, flexible with changes, very knowledgeable and offering multiple options. Melanie Johnston with Transat travel has arrange 4 vacations for me and my wife . The vacations were not your norm bookings and included cruises, trip to Tahiti , Jamaica and st Lucia. In 2019 I book a 3 week trip to Greece. At first I was going to try to book it on my own but so glad I went with transat. Pamela was extremely helpful , gave us options and did a lot of research so we got the best deal. Through covid she was amazing as I had to cancel my trip to Europe. Step by step she helped to process my refund, and kept me posted with any updates. I will always use Pamela at transat when I need to plan larger trips for sure. Mahezabi Shamim is our travel agent. She has great knowledge of all the places we want to travel and always looks for the best deals, and always looks for the best route. She has the best recommendations for cities and countries to explore and which hotels have the amenities we are looking for. We have been booking with her for many years and will continue for many more.

My wife and I started with Transat Travel 4 years ago with a wonderful lady nammed Kim, she was very helpful with us planning our wedding. Unfortunately covid happened and we had to put it off multiple times over the years. This year we were dealing with Pam, she not only made everything completly stress free and accessible before the wedding, she helped a group of our guests when their flights were delayed and canceled. We had a great experiance and we will be booking with Pam again in the future!!

I booked my group's flight reservation to Turkey through Mahezabi Shamim (8 people). She was efficient, courteous, responsive, willing to go the extra mile, anticipated some of our needs before I asked about them, was clear in her communication, and sourced the best flight options at a reasonable price.
