Had a problem with our furnace and tried to get someone in to look at it locally. Was a week wait just to get a assessment of the problem. We called Customer First and they came that day! And brought the part and fixed the issue 48 hrs later!They have amazing service, are courteous, efficient, and great to do business with!Brandon was amazing to deal with and will definitely call them again if needed!Thanks Again!!!

Needed help for a backed up sewer line, called in the am, Brandon arrived by 1130. Took a look, quoted a reasonable price and got to work. He was polite and very patient with all my questions, did great work and got the line cleared! Will be my first call for any issues and would highly recommend.

We are a safe-house and our heater had quit working. Highmark arrived quickly, were super professional and kind. Great to work with and very thorough. The follow-up ‘Thank-you’ card in the mail was a lovely touch!

When another business would have charged $400 for a visit, Customer First only charged me $100. My furnace service was done very efficiently. Excellent workmanship.

Such a refreshing change from the off putting and sub par competitors that act like your inconveniencing them. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
