Dunnville Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation - pt Health

The front desk staff and assistants are great which is why I gave one star. The quality of treatment is poor and done in production line fashion. $60 for a 30 minute visit and you're out the door in 10 minutes. I went 2 to 3 times a week for a month and the treatment didn't change or progress at all. If you have a serious injury or require postoperative rehabilitation do not go here.

I suffered major injuries in an MVA. The staff at the Dunnville physio and rehabilitation are beyond incredible. Everytime I walk in the door I am greeted with a warm smile. Whenever I see Corey or Brett they are building new solutions to come up with the best course of treatment for my recovery, and Tianna and Eden actively work with me to help me recover. I am extremely grateful for all of the support, care and effort put in from the entire team here. Thank you!!

I have been going to Dunnville Physio for 10+ years for various services. They have always been professional, kind and very helpful.Recently I have needed therapy for an painful injury. i recently experienced severe neck and shoulder pain unable to turn my neck after 3 sessions with dr. Dykstra i was driving again. he is patient, understanding, experienced and very knowledgeable. thanks Brett --keep up the good work.

I have been going for the last 8 weeks after knee replacement surgery. Tianna and Corey are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and just amazing., all around. When it came to me having only 2 and a half weeks to get a 95 degree bend from 70 for the surgeon, l cannot even say how amazing, patient, understanding. The confidence they gave me to achieve my goal was above and beyond anything l expected. I will continue to go as long as still needed. Tianna and Corey are amazing. Thankyou so much.

I have used the Dunnville Physio and Rehabilitation - pt Health on 2 separate occasions. I have found their Physiotherapists, Physio Assistants and receptionists very courteous, respectful and professional. Due to COVID, I have had the experience of working with my most recent Physiotherapist both in-clinic and virtually. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I find he listens to my concerns and updates on my condition and develops a plan providing recommendations to make me more comfortable as well as exercises to rehabilitate my injury and challenge me at the same time. I highly recommend the services at the Dunnville clinic.

In the short time I have been going to Dunneville Physiotherapy. I have had the BEST experience! Christina is the best massage therapist I have every had! I live in Toronto and have a summer home on Lake Erie and I would travel from there just to have Christina's massages.Emilie the physiotherapist was very honest with me regarding my condition and laughed at my humor, which made my day. Did my placement here, I had the pleasure of working with this physiotherapy clinic, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The clinic is clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for clients sessions. Corey, Tianna and Eden were highly skilled and knowledgeable and the front desk receptionist Kalie was very welcoming and nice. They were patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire placement, which made a huge difference in my learning journey. Overall, I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic to anyone in need of quality care and exceptional service.
