Urban Barn Granville

We ordered an area rug online and it arrived at the store for pickup in less than 2 weeks - at Christmas! Staff was extremely helpful having it ready to go when I got there & loading into my car for me. Really appreciated their assistance throughout!

UPDATE: Although many things went wrong during the initial delivery, Urban Barn Customer Service addressed my concerns. I appreciated Daniel's help throughout the process.PREVIOUS REVIEW: The one star is for the white glove delivery service. On Sep. 17, 2022, the people fulfilling the service chipped my door frame and the Parker Storage Bed several places. This is the worst Urban Barn white glove delivery service I have ever experienced. When I asked for the number for customer service, they said they don’t have it. In addition to this, they were so rude. One of them was arguing with me and said that they were not responsible for my chipped door frame. I heard the impact and was following them around the entire time. I was told that I had the option to accept delivery and contact customer service (which no one has the number for). They were also describing the chips as “scratches”. I ultimately refused delivery because I did not have the confidence that they would build the bed well either. They were already grumpy when I told them that the bed was going to the top floor.I trusted Urban Barn and bought almost everything from there because the quality is amazing. My home looks like an Urban Barn catalogue! And this is my third white glove delivery service from Urban Barn since I’m so loyal to the brand. My previous white glove deliveries were great and stress-free. Now, I’m extremely disappointed and have no bed that I waited a long time to receive.

We're very happy with the quality and style of the furniture we bought here. There were a couple issues with the delivery of our couch but we contacted the store and David took care of everything! We have also picked up furniture that we had delivered to their warehouse and the pickup process was quick and easy

I LOVE MY URBAN BARN , from the furniture to all the fabulous staff. I especially love David and Will at the granville st store. There attention to details are beyond and back. Just in all the best experience you'll ever have.

I had a great time shopping at Urban Barn and the salesman was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful in showing me their products. I later order a chair online and picked it up at their warehouse. No problems and fast turnaround. Very pleased with Urban Barn.
