I have lived in 64 marshal for 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The rooms are great sizes, and the in unit laundry and En-suite bathrooms are great. The landlords are always around the building and here to help with any issues we might have in our apartment. Overall great experience.

The maintenance service was really great! He came and addressed the maintenance request I sent within less than 24 hours, was friendly and apologetic about the wait but it was no trouble. Even fixed some other lightbulbs that had blown out around the apartment when asked at the last minute which was awesome!

This was an incredible building to live in for the past 3 years! The owners had always made sure to check in their tenants and attend to all their needs - free of charge.The units were extremely spacious as compared to other building in Waterloo and the ensuite was an amazing addition.The building is close to grocery stores and local restaurants and was very safe.Thank you to the owners for making our experience the best :)
