They need one other person to work there but the one person working there had great customer service and was very helpful.

We were in need of dry ice to keep our fridges and freezers cold during a power outage. Everywhere was sold out so my wife was calling all around and got ahold of a lady for Praxair who was very helpful and nice. She looked up which location had dry ice available, gave us the address and answered all of our questions. She was awesome! The older gentleman who helped us when we got to this Dearborn location was very friendly, nice, helpful, and gave us good info on safe handling for the dry ice. He was very paitent and even allowed our kids to watch him scoop the ice out. His pricing is also very good, and there was no mark up in the price even though there were power outages everywhere.It's nice to know there is still good service and politness offered in the world still! The gentleman working there was awesome!
