AZ auto sales and services

If I could give a negative score, I would.Worst sales- didn't honor the selling contract. They promised repairs that they didn't do.Plus, their mechanic who does the safety.. Didn't do it. I know because I moved out of province and incurred over $3000 in mechanical repairs, just for the safety inspection. (even the emergency brake needed changing!! I only had the car 2 months before I moved.. Didn't use the ebrake) Everything about the car and dealership is a lemon. Go buy somewhere else. At minimum, don't accept their safety... Get your own. Car is now dead after 1 yr of ownership. My best advice is go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car here in February. Salesmen were polite and easy to work with. But, the car passed a safety despite the power steering being compromised. On top of that, the wheel alignment was so poor that it rendered two of my brand new winter tires completely unusable. While the latter isn’t an issue of failing a safety, it is easy to spot and correct during the safety. Attempted to reach out via their website to no response. Would not recommend buying here unless having your purchase looked over by a trusted mechanic.

I recently purchased a car from AZ. Carlo was very helpful and honest in working with me to get a good vehicle for my son. AZ went beyond the Ministry's requirements when completing the safety inspection. I recommend them as a place that will treat you you.

I don't often write reviews and this is unrelated to a car sale but I am disappointed with this place. I had my vehicle parked here and unfortunately someone backed up into my car and drove off.. the damage is extensive and 2 doors need to be replaced.When I asked if they had cameras ( even though the camera couldn't see my car but may have seen other vehicles driving away) he looked into it but apparently didn't have access " to the videos so I left them my number.. sadly they never got back to me so I went back a 2nd time and spoke to a different gentleman and he gave me a similar excuse and said he would get back to me... nothing ! Now I'm under the impression that they are just trying to hide something. Now I'm stuck paying a deductible for a hit and run

Great service, friendly and honest people. If you need a used car and these people have it, you won't go wrong buying from them. Just bought my daughter a car from them and they made the process smooth, helpful and were trustworthy.

I spent a long time searching for a vehicle and had easily the best and kindest service experience with AZ in just my first visit which inclined me to return here. Without a doubt I would come back just to get the kindness I was given here ( many dealerships large and small treated my quite poorly being young) however here it was clear it didn't matter who I was and how much I was spending the guys here were simply nice to talk to and easy to deal with. The purchasing proccess was nice and easy and I was well taken care of, I'm greatly appreciative of these guys here at AZauto on Bank Street!

Gentleman was fantastic on negotiating a price and he was very friendly, everything was good with this dealership. Problems occur with the vehicle we purchased today, it just came back from his mechanic" after being fixed and repaired

I have read some of the bad reviews and it makes me wonder what some people expect from a used vehicle but you can't please everybody there's more good reviews than bad now it's my turn I purchased a 2011 ram 1500 4x4 and within 10 minutes of leaving the place the rear differential broke not their fault and surely not the mechanic I must say that I'm very impressed and extremely satisfied by the courtesy and response I got they said to take it to my mechanic and they will pay for the repair now you can't ask for better people standing behind the product and wanting the satisfaction of their customers hat's off for these gentlemen I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may ask where to buy a good used vehicle thanks for your business and kindness

Khalid at AZ was fantastic...knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Took very good care of my son and I throughout the process. 100% will be back for future car purchases and absolutely would recommend. 5/5
