Kinda dumb writing a review but it's bugging me and maybe I'm not the only one it happened to this past winter. We've taken our car to Coast Tire for several years and have never had a problem. This past winter, got the winter tires changed. I noticed a week later our nut covers were not given back to us with our summer tires. Had my husband call and they said they would look for them and call him back. He never heard back. So, he stops by while in town and asks about them. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, I don't really care. He was rude about the whole thing, very unprofessional in my opinion, but said he'd order us new ones at the request of the lady at the front. Almost four months later and here we are, no nut covers and an irritated customer. We definitely will not be back.

The worst shop with the worst lady Ernie I've ever visited in my life. Firstly, I went there for an inspection of 2 particular things and they told me that they will tell me the estimate next day. They didn't tell me until I called them again after 2 weeks. Anyhow, I booked an appointment. They told me the estimate of $700 + tax for those 2 things. I dropped off my car..they told me the pick up for same day but they gave me after 24 hours and asked for $450 and said they fixed 1 of the problem..but when I checked nothing was fixed...I swear to god they didn't fix anything. I'm an international student and save money for my tuition and these people tried to rip me off. They tried to charge me money for the problem which never existed and already was in good condition and working fine. WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE.

While on vacation in PEI we had some car trouble. Called a few places and got turned away because they were booked solid for weeks. Called Coast Tire - explained the situation- and they looked at the car that day, ordered the part and had the car back to us the following afternoon! And everyone we spoke with on staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything. Not only did you save our vacation but you ensured our car could get us safely home.

I highly recommend Coast Tire for any car-related issues. The front staff, as well as the mechanics, are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly - very patient. Because I don't know much about cars, I really appreciated the fact that they would explain the process behind what was wrong with my truck, and be willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.

I experienced great service quickly when I arrived with a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes from walking in. Unfortunately my tire needed replacement but they were prompt and the price was fair. Thanks again to the staff at Coast Tire!

Took my car to mount some new tires. Their inexperienced trainee broke my lug stud by blindly following the book. Anyone with some wrenching experience can feel when the bolt is not torquing and should stop before it snaps. Worse thing is they blame it on the customer for the aftermarket studs and not refuse to take the broken stud out. Now I have to deal with the mess they left, what a ripped off. You probably know better than the trainees working the shop.
