Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre

Arrived at 7:30, open, to be told there was a 2-3hr wait when I was the only person there. The excuse was a large volume of recall work being done? Is this not what the main service department is for? It sounded like the recall work was being done on the dealer inventory as I was told they had close to a hundred vehicles they had to do work on and had staff in early to complete the work all week long. Don't call yourself a Quick Lane when you are not operating it as such. This is the only dealer that runs their Quick Lane so poorly. Other Quick Lanes I have visited run incredibly more efficient and can easily accomodate customers within a reasonable time line when waiting for service.

The wait was not too long. The woman in the front seat was very friendly and welcoming but their mechanics are not so reliable. I bet you don’t wanna go their for good behaviour only, the main purpose would be to get a solution to the problems you’re facing with the car. Can give it a shot you own a Ford I believe. Otherwise you might wanna explore your other options.

Wish i could give negative rating. Had serviced my ford escape just a month ago and was told that everything is great. It started to get me problems a week later have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks for service but no reply and had to take car somewhere else and spend $1200 for something which could have been covered a month ago under my extended service plan. I guess they knew what was problem so that is why did not want to book me in.

Brought my car into the quicklane recently to get an oil change. Debbie seems to always be behind the desk everytime I go in there and she is amaaaaazing to deal with. It was busy when I arrived but she handled the chaos with ease. I had an appointment and my car was serviced right away. I will definitely return to the QL and recommend to others!

Update: 2018, Have taken my car to quick lane again and now have a soiled seat again. The quick lane counter staff is awesome and very friendly, but I just for some reason can't get someone who isn't dirty to move my car. I will take some blame for this, as I do not check my seat before I accept my car

Got the oil changeEverything was great. From the receptionist showing me how to use the coffee machine to her telling me to have a good day when I was leaving.One exception though. My truck was only ready go after 5 minutes or so of the scheduled time.No big deal

Always friendly and great service

Terrible serviceHad an appointment for 9:30 am on Saturday morning for winter tires and oil change.Car never went in till 10:30 (why bother with an appointment?) Then it took them over 1 hour to do the oil change and still haven't changed the tires yet, so 2 hours and all I got is an oil change. It has taken over 3-1/2 hours for a booked service which should have taken 1 hour. Quick lane is anything but quick? They need to stop over booking appointments.Last time I shall be back here
