The team here were amazing with my family the other week when we went to Savary Island. They were very helpful with loading and unloading when we went either way but they really shined when we needed to get someone to the hospital during the week. As luck would have it, their on-island taxi was at our end of the island and we were picked up within minutes of phoning them. They arranged to have the ambulance assess and pick up my dad in Finn Bay and carefully monitored the situation through the whole process. I am very thankful for how quickly they were able to respond to our situation and how prepared they were for anything that might go wrong.

If you’re planning on going to Savary without a car, use Lund Water Taxi - it’s cheaper, there are more frequent sailings, it’s better located (next to a bakery, liquor store, grocery store, restaurants), and you’ll get much better service.Made the mistake of booking with this company - they came up number one on Google maps when searching for water taxi in area. Realized this mistake when waiting at dock for ferry. Wouldn’t refund our party of four despite being booked on a scheduled sailing.Company lack transparency and don’t have a published cancellation policy on emails, their booking system, or their website.Unless you need to move a car or cargo, avoid.

All bills are itemized, prices don’t suddenly change on you. Parking and taxi services can be paid on one bill; no need to book with separate companies. Our day trip to Savary island was made perfect by the flexibility they provided. We initially booked an early evening ferry back but changed our plans to come back as late as possible. Great communication, punctual and super friendly. That's how a business should be run.

Great people, super kind and responsive. Assisted us in our kayak launch from their dock. Only now at the end of our trip are we learning that they provide taxi service to the area, including for us into Desolation Sound. Next time! Also learned they have an Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Chartering a water taxi with Access Marine was simple and easy. I spoke to Dixie, who was always quick and patient to give responses and explanations. She also helped us with booking and planning some additional logistical things for our trip, as well as hooked us up with a great fishing charter deal. Access Marine may be newer to the scene, but they go above and beyond to accommodate your trip needs.

Excellent service. Kelli was great. He made our trip over to Savary and back very easy and enjoyable. He even went out of his way to get a pair of prescription glasses to us on the island that we had left in our car. Highly recommend.
