Frank and his crew are very good at what they do. They arrived on time and worked all day until the job was complete. They were thorough in their use instructions and we are very pleased with our system. We would highly recommend Surveillance Plus Security!!!

Frank did a great job installing our security camera system. He was innovative with the way he installed them so seemlessly and cleanly, no hanging wires. We had 4 cameras installed by Frank, and it was done within a couple days of contacting him. We basically gave him a rough idea of where we'd like them placed and he did a great job of choosing ideal locations. As for the equipment and quality, so far I'm pleased since it does what I expect, although it's definitely too soon to comment on reliability (but fingers crossed). Regarding the app, it works great after doing the online account creation/setup etc., and I found out that the app can be used for viewing on wifi (at home) without connecting to the cloud/internet which is a bonus since I can also use an old tablet at home that's not connected to the internet. The first quote we received for home cctv was for 8 cameras. We asked Surveillance Plus Security to provide a second quote and the technician suggested we only needed 5 cameras. They clearly had our best interests at heart and showed integrity in recommending what we actually needed rather than trying to make more money off us. The office team were lovely and efficient in communicating everything we needed to know including keeping us posted on timing. From site inspection through to installation the technician was excellent and the job was delivered professionally and cleanly. Would not hesitate to recommend Surveillance Plus Security for home security installs.

I have a neighbour who has been tampering with my wifi cameras. I was unable to record her. After calling many companies most of which I was left on hold for with someone in the Philippines! (ahem, ADT and Alarm Force) I was happy to reach Frank who was able to accommodate me the same day in installing a proper hardwired cctv camera that couldn't be tampered with (Neighbour/tenant was able to tamper and block wifi signal with my previous amazon bought wifi cameras). Frank was kind enough to customize his normal package to accommodate my specific needs and budget. I have peace of mind now knowing that my personal property is secure in garage with a camera that is reliable installed properly and tamper proof. Very knowledgeable and competent. I needed to replace an old CCTV setup which was failing. I was extremely happy with the replacement CCTV installation and the after service. Surveillance Plus security installer was meticulous in his work. Highly recommended!

Great Surveillance Plus Security company! Put in 5 cameras in 2021 no problems and awesome pictures. Came back and helped me learn how to use it and helped with a flash drive. Super nice guy! Thinking of upgrading and won’t go with anyone else. Couldn’t off been more professional!!
