Caliber RV

Big shout out to Caliber RV! When I was wondering if my trailer batteries were still good, they tested them for free. After founding out they were done, I was able to purchase new ones right there. One year later one of the batteries seemed not to be working good and they replaced it no questions asked! They also have a lot of products in stock or can order it with fast delivery. Overall great experience.

Mark hooked me up! I was winter camping and my furnace stopped working. I called Caliber, packed up my trailer and brought it to Mark. He had all the parts in-stock, fixed my furnace and I was back camping in the same day. Great job Caliber!

Very honest always sold me the right part every time. I’ve been going there for over six years very helpful, kind and always take care of me n my A class rv . Highly recommend very knowledgable and helpful staff through the whole process every time. Without the runaround. Will be going back when needed. fixed my furnace very well and fast.

We purchased an older used tent trailer and they were quick and helpful it getting it up and running properly and safely before the season, making time for us during the crunch time. Also, experienced some difficult solutions to an issue and we brought it back twice and they took the time to find the problem and solved it. Would recommend 100%

I want to add my voice to the rest who are saying, if you need to get your RV repaired, you're crazy if you don't check with these guys first! I bought my trailer 2nd hand. When I blew a tire and it tore out the whole fender skirt & chunks of the aluminum trim I first called the big dealer where it was sold new, thinking they would know the model and be the most knowledgeable. Long story long, I waited 2 months for the skirt and 12 foot flashing to arrive, dealer opened the box and supposedly checked the order when they did come in, called me to bring my trailer and leave it for an indeterminate number of weeks behind 40 other trailers, for a job quoted to take 2 hours. I picked up the parts (without re-opening the box there,... mistake), told them I wasn't interested in leaving my trailer for weeks just because they couldn't organize their bookings well enough to give me a specfic day. This was November. So they said wait until late January, they'd be slower, could give me a day then. January comes, they still refuse to give me a day, said they still have 40 projects ahead of me, that I should just leave my trailer and they'll get to it in a few weeks. Who runs their business like this? I'm guessing the only customers willing to be treated like this are paying for winter storage, so leaving a trailer for weeks at a time means they get free storage. Can't think of any other reason why people would accept being treated so badly. While all this time was passing, my friend raved about Caliber, said he only goes there, they are the best. I was thinking about that when I hung up on the big dealer, so I called Caliber, it was a Friday. Talked with Kyle, he asked if I could bring it on Monday, said they'd find a way to squeeze it in! Monday came, I dropped my trailer at Caliber with the parts inside. By the time I got home, there was a message on my phone from Kyle saying they had my trailer indoors already, that they'd discovered the flashing I gave them was wrong. I phoned Kyle, he said by coincidence, they had the right flashing, that I should call the dealer to return their wrong part. I called the dealer, left a message about their flashing being wrong (their Service desk rarely answers their phone), asked them to call. To this day, they have never called me back. I went to Caliber the next morning, spoke with Kyle and Mark, told them how frustrated I was with that dealer. They agreed to swap my wrong flashing for their correct one so that I would not have to go to the dealer at all. That's why everyone giving reviews here raves about the service at Caliber RV. It isn't just smoke. It's real, honest, hard-working effort to make customers happy. They didn't know me from Adam and this is what they did to make things work for me. My trailer was fixed that day, they even fit me in for a wheelbearing re-pack the next day, and I had my trailer back home the next morning, looking like the damage had never happened. As I said at the start of this long review, if you don't bring your trailer to these guys for your projects, well, what more could I possibly say to convince you?

Also - prices similar to anything Online. There's really no reason not to shop local. I've become a regular customer here - how can you not when the service staff goes the extra distance to help you out? A couple of times now I've need non standard parts, they must have a magic gift bag as when l've purchased items from them and asked about the unattainable accessory they've had it for me. Today they gifted me reverse door hinges for my RV fridge.A great RV service and part center with unquestionably 5 star service.Thanks Caliber!!

After being frustrated by other RV service companies, we feel very fortunate to have found Caliber. We have had our van in a few times now for service - both for routine maintenance and specific concerns - and have found the work to be complete and fairly priced. Their service timelines have been reasonable.The people working here are all friendly and enthusiastic about their work.

The guys here were put in a tough position with our trailer, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Great service, great prices, great staff! Would reccomend Caliber for anyone looking to get service or parts for their trailer or rv!

Brought my camper van in to diagnose a screeching and non working furnace fan.They cleaned it at my request, but turns out the fan has blown and needs replacing (30 years old, not too surprising)The did not have the obscure part in stock (fair enough) but offered to order it in, which I declined for personal timeline reasons, but they did provide the part number so I could find it on my own.Service was very quick.Maybe slightly overpriced, but quality work as well as excellent, communicative, and friendly staff made it feel worth it.They even let me work on my laptop in the waiting area while they worked.
