True north is great they always answer my question, I shop where I feel welcome by the sales person and I have never been disappointed...

I've been going to this store for a while now, so here is my 2 cents. This store is hit and miss for sure. Make sure you're talking to either Gavin or Tyler about what to get. They make great recommendations and they know their products. Nothing against the girls here other than they change often and don't seem to understand much about the products they are selling. They read the screen but have very limited knowledge otherwise. If I am dropping my hard earned money I want it to be worth it and not a guess on EVERYTHING. Gavin and Tyler are the dynamic duo of this store and make it well worth the trip to benefit from their expertise and get the best experience. They are usually in working when I go in the afternoon. I will say to try and have some patience here as well, It gets really busy in the evenings and there is only 1 person working EVER (Even busy long weekends and holidays) to ID at the door, take orders and get the products. It can cause a long wait and I can't help but feel bad that this company does this when they are clearly making good money at this location- HIRE MORE PEOPLE! The customers have not been kind to my guys just trying to do their job and I've seen some even refuse to wait behind the rope that somebody thought was a good idea. It does take a long time if it's busy, but that's a problem for the store to sort out. Don't take it out on the employees. I hope this store knows how much the customers appreciate the knowledge of these guys. GREAT JOB GAVIN AND TYLER. I will be seeing you real soon! Cheapest place to get pre-rolled cones, helpful and friendly staff, haven't browsed much of their selection but the few times I've bought milled flower it was good quality and decently priced, no complaints.

I can't say enough good things about Gavin. His product knowledge is great and his recommendations are always excellent. I would try anything he recommended and the prices speak for themselves at this store. Highly recommend.Editing my review because this isn't even the same place it was when I made the first review. I haven't seen either Gavin or Tyler for ages and the ladies that I have seen since the new year, just don't have any good recommendations for me . Thats not even to factor in that this place is always randomly closed with no notice for customers anywhere. I understand this company makes 1 employee work alone and everyone deserves a break, but have posted lunch break closures to show better organization and consideration of your customers. I suggest the dispensary across the road if you live in the wentworth area. It seems that when the new manager came in this place started going into a tail spin. Don't think it will last long without loyal customers. I suggest if you're driving or walking here to call and confirm they are open.Giving 2 stars because they still have great prices. Just make sure to check that you're being given the correct size product before you pay for.

This is my go-to place, they have the best prices in town. I go about every other day, the staff are THE nicest people, super helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The Store has a return leaking Vape cartridge policy.I returned mine and was told to come back and smoke the vape in front of the Store manager to prove its leaking.When sold the Vapes the messaging was return if it leaks no questions asked. Not come back in the store when the manager is here and smoke in front of Her.I will never go back there.

Today was my first visit to True North Cannabis. Jesse was so knowledgeable and patient as I am new to this. I will definitely make this my store.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. last few weeks i’ve been buying my vape carts as normal however they’ve been running out within a day or two. Normally they last me about 4-5 days and i’ve never had this issue. called the store they said to go to the manufacturer, but each vape i’ve bought is from a different brand. Very irritated.. been wasting quite a bit of money. finding a new dispensary.
