We are the pet parents to several special needs cats with mobility issues. We purchased a low litterbox to try for accessibility. Our cats loved it. Because our cats loved the litterbox, we ordered six additional litterboxes from this location. When we received the order, the price was atrocious. At no time did the owner advise us when the order was placed of the price per unit. Further, they never advised us of the change in pricing when they place the order or gave us an option to opt out of the purchase prior to ordering. We did not know the price per unit until I went to pay and it was put through on my card and I noticed the amount being excessive. The receipt issued did not indicate the item price, just the total and applicable taxes. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was so disappointed in the manner in which this business communicated and expected the customer/client to accept the manner in which they do business. They refused to honour the pricing I paid at the time I purchased the first item (five days prior) nor will they be willing to work with their customer not to consider that these items were for animals in need. Absolutely disgusting. I will never shop there again or recommend them to other people who work with animals. Total cash grab.Btw…open dialogue, asking for clarification and communication is not bullying. A customer deserves answers to questions about a service or item being purchased. Im sorry your staff felt intimidated. If they cannot handle dealing with the public and seeking answers to customer inquiries, then maybe customer service is not for them. Please don’t gaslight, it’s not professional.

Been going to this place when it used to be Pet Planet, but despite change of the store name, I have had nothing but excellent experience in here. The staff are well educated, friendly, happy to see you and your dog and importantly they love your animals. Great collection of healthy food, toys, and care items for your pets.
