Hate that it's come to this, but I need to provide a review for anyone looking to have framing done here. I want to preface, I think the quality of work is great, but I'm just really disappointed with the communication in this store.I bought 6 large frames on sale - again I'm very happy with the price and overall quality. It took about 3-4 weeks, but when I came to pick them up, two were not completed. I was told it would be done by a certain date.I came back when they told me it would be done, but it still wasn't completed. I was told that she would call you when it was done" vs getting an apology for it being late.I waited another 3-4 business days and called

I love Michaels so much!! Their prices are amazing literally, almost anything and everything is on sale and the whole environment of these stores are great! I like the layout of this store, It’s more organized then some other michaels i’ve been too :)

All I can say is outstanding. I needed 2 diplomas to be framed with the same style. Susan was a professional and provided excellent recommendations, while tailoring to what I wanted. I picked up the finished product and I was blown away.Thank you Susan, I am so happy to display these beautifully framed diplomas in my house.

My favourite Michaels location by far. Everyone is friendly and if you aren't sure where something is, they will not only take you to it, but they'll stay with you until you're satisfied you have all you need. Highly recommended.

April 2023 - Michaels, Kanata locationI ordered a few items online. Easy to order, and pickup. No need to talk to anyone at the store. Find the bucket with your name on it at the front of the store and away you go. Great prices also, and there always seems to be a 30 percent off coupon available to use online or store on one regular priced item.

This is the place to go for crafty people. Things can be more pricey, but if you catch good special it is so worth it. If you are searching for something specific, might be the only place to go. Staff are also very nice, but if more people cash line-up can be very long.

A great store for all your arts and crafts supplies. The sales assistants are very helpful. Many items tend to be pricier than on Amazon.
