Absolutely AMAZING coffee, great options and great service, the guy is so funny. Got an iced macchiato that wasn’t really on the menu but he nailed it and made it however I wanted!!:) better than the big coffee chains

Grabbed a coffee while in the mall. Staff was extremely friendly. Prices for the sizes were good (<2$ for a medium cup) and the coffee was of good quality.I'm sure if I had time to hangout it would be a great place to read and pass the time or a great place to take a first date.

The prices are just about the lowest you will find in Welland for espresso-based drinks and baked goods without sacrificing quality or friendliness and attentiveness from the owner and staff!

Stopped by while visiting the mall and had an amazing experience with this place. The worker was so kind and friendly, making the interaction a genuine pleasure. Hard to find good customer service workers these days and his effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Super affordable prices. I got a croissant and large hazelnut latte for around $6.50, when I would have paid that or more for just the drink at Starbucks. Lots of $2 deserts and goodies available and all drinks seemed to be under $4 for a large. Great experience and will make sure to stop by each time I visit the mall.

The server was the absolute best. Extremely friendly, had a great attitude. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Definitely recommended!

I always want to start a review with any positives; so here it goes; My first impression of this place was that it looked nice, was well kept & the staff was super friendly. All of their baked goods looked amazing (and I regret not getting one); however I was highly confused that they didn't offer their specialty" coffees in any size other than small. Anyways

went there for the first time today, got an iced coffee, they had tons of flavour options, as well as almond milk, soy milk etc. it tasted amazing, and great customer service. will definitely go again!!!

Amazing coffee! I prefer this coffee over Tim Hortons. Fast and friendly staff. If you are in the seaway mall and want a coffee this is the place!! They also have nice cookies for sale to.
