Armani Outlet

Bought a few wallets. Was told price was 85 dollars. Paid for it. Didnt check the receipt right away but the guy ended up overcharging 15 dollars. Not a big deal. I went back they said they can't do anything because i signed a receipt with the overcharge price. Conn men these people. Didn't bother with them after that. Armani is cut off. If you like Armani, you'll love this store. Lots of items from Giorgio, Emporio, and EA7 labels at reduced prices, and there is a rack at the back that is the clearance side, I snagged a casual sport blazer for 90 (yes, NINETY) percent off! Even if you believe their initial number to be inflated a bit, that's a huge discount.Shop attendees are nice. The store doesn't feel like a very luxurious store (in comparison with, let's say, Brunello Cuccinelli), but at the end of the day, the Armani brand is still a very respectable one in the field of luxury goods, and getting them at these prices is a steal.

Grumpy staff with zero customer service skills I got to the cashier and then changed my mind. The staff member that assisted me needs some serious customer service training.Details below:On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, I visited the store to buy sun glasses. I had a style in mind and was hoping to find it. Luckily, it was there, on top of that the store had a 50% discount on the original price. Sounds perfect right?After I tried them on, I told the staff member that I will be buying them. He goes to the back to grab a new pair. He comes back empty handed, and starts looking in the front desk cabinet. After waiting about 10 mins, I tell the guy its fine I'll take the ones on the stand" even though they've been tried on by a bunch of other customers before me. I asked him for an additional discount or a voucher since that's what usually happens when you buy something off of a stand. After spending another 5 mins arguing with the staff member

I bought two outfits that were quite poorly-designed - one jumpsuit which doesn't have a side zipper and only an elasticised upper body that requires you to step into it and the elasticised part will just stretch pass your hips. Clearly impractical. Quality of the fabric was decent but nothing to wow over.I didn't encounter any problems with orders and shipping. Shipping was completed in about one week? Order was probably processed within two days or so. Product descriptions are super scanty.Probably won't shop there again cos it's not value for money.

Watch station sell same design of watch that i bought in Armani store..I noticed that price was 100dollars different . asked to refund it..I was rejected it due to final sale .I wasn’t told that it was final sale from saler.. It’s ridiculous. Actually saler was so kind and helpful but manager his name atsushi tabei was so rude.The way he spoke to customer was senseless and arrogant attitude. Also how they can sell watch without tools that able to adjust length of watch.. If they had fixed length of watch in armani i wouldn’t have known the different price .Very bad experience!!!

I would give them 0 star if I could. Bought a watch and noticed it was a defect. Took it for refund or atleast exchange for another watch. I was told to go to watch station next door. The watch station sent the watch for repair. Now when the watch is back I have to pay money again for the overpriced duplicate watch that I bought less than a month ago.The staff over there are extremely unprofessional and the manager is always hiding behind the store. Worst Armani store!!!

Was at this store yesterday morning and received very good service, went back same evening and the experience could not be more different. When walking in later in the evening three was only one other person in the store with 4 associates working. I looked around for over 5 minutes without a greeting or acknowledgement. I started looking at the jackets with a male associate right beside me and again nothing! The other 3 standing around talking and then the male associate joined them behind the cash again with not even a hello! I ended up walking out of the store and said to them “ great customer service “ sarcastically and one of the associate said “ thank you “. Would never enter this store again, maybe you need to be wearing a $3000 suit to get any service or attention, absolutely disgusted by the lack of service in such a premium location! If I was their district manager I would take a serious look at their leadership within this location, sale are waking out the door!!!!!
