I highly recommend this vet clinic, they are all very trustworthy when it comes to how much each procedure will cost. I know they won't ever steer our fur family in the wrong direction.

Started going to this vet clinic in early 2022 I believe. A customer of mine recommended it to me. And I have been VERY happy with the service and care. My dog is going to turn 14 this month (August 2022). She is a Chocolate Lab and was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure after she’d been”hacking” for several months. Dr. Katherine has taken care of us from the beginning. And she has been dynamite. I’m very protective of my girl and have always taken great care of her in every way possible. And Dr. Katherine and the staff that we have dealt with have been just great. No exaggeration. Even the care with which they cut her nails is just great. I’m very very happy that my dog is receiving this kind of care during what seems to be her last year of life.*** Wed. August 17/2022: I forgot to mention something. During one of our last visits where I was allowed to come inside because of relaxed covid restrictions, the staff had remembered that my dog is very afraid of walking on flooring that is not carpeted! So before I even had a chance to remind them, somebody greeted us with a yoga mat! THAT is service and caring. These “little” things are really appreciated.

This vet office has been amazing. We switched to here after moving to the area and have mostly dealt with Dr. Katherine, who is so wonderful. Recently we ran into some medical issues with one of our cats, and Dr. Angela and Dr. Katherine were so invested in making sure we found the right treatment for her. They were both so great at explaining everything and answering our hundreds of questions. You can tell that everyone in this office cares so much about the animals they are treating.

This may sound corny but I love them all!! I had a sick dog and they were all so amazing! Dr. Joanne Fagnou is caring, gentle and understanding and I am very grateful !

If you want to send your beloved pet to a vet that embodies all the worst aspects of the public health care system, then EGVH is the place for you! Our boy Mochi was a patient at this vet and in May of 2022 he had an encounter with a porcupine, which resulted in him having a couple dozen quills embedded in his muzzle. The vet could not see him so we had to take him to an emergency clinic which was VERY EXPENSIVE (we have insurance but still). That's not the clinics fault but when I called the next day to ask for a follow up consultation with the vet to see if he should get a rabies booster, as apparently is sometimes recommended after a dog is quilled, we did not receive a call back. Ultimately, we booked an appointment with another vet who got us in right away for the booster.The final straw with this vet happened when I needed to get Mochi's vaccination records in order to enroll him in doggy day care. I emailed them on Thursday June 30th to request the records. By the following Wednesday afternoon they still had not gotten back to me so I called the office. The receptionist was not at all apologetic. She said something to the effect of Oh yeah
