Great service - would recommend in a heartbeat. Dr. Drew and his staff were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After the initial consult, they were able to come up with a treatment plan for my foot issue and got me in relatively quickly to get it treated. The office in Sunpark is easy to get to, and the cold laser treatment is super easy. Following my last treatment, Dr. Drew and staff worked with me to discuss what steps can be taken to prevent the issue from coming back. Super appreciate the staff and their attention to detail.

Very caring and proffesional. Procedure was done with no pain whatsoever. Perfect for my son who had PTSD from another doctor who removed his nail without anesthetic (applied freezing but obviously didn't know what he was doing) Highly recommend The Foot Institute.

Never thought I'd be in a foot clinic at a young-ish age (yet here I am!), & didn't know what to expect. However Dr. Drew was very friendly & was great at explaining the problems I was experiencing & recommended orthotics (which I knew I would likely need). They were able to order custom ones for me & it only took a few weeks to get them in (they've helped greatly by the way). Definitely would recommend this clinic & I'll be going back in the future for an extra pair :)

The entire team at clinic is excellent! Everyone is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful which made for a great experience during my treatments. Booking appointments was easy and the email confirmations that where sent where helpful to confirm all appointments. I would highly recommend the Foot Institute to anyone.

Dr. Kidanu is amazing! She clearly cares about her patients - she was determined for my feet to be good & well. She's very helpful & friendly too! I highly recommend her. The reception staff are also great! :)

Not really impressed with the service. The doctor was quick, didn't ask any specific questions related to the issue, and overall it seemed like very little effort and thought was put into the visit. The only positive take-away was a referral for ultrasonic treatment. Not making another appointment.

Excellent clinic overall, I would absolutely recommend. The office is modern and clean. Staff members are always very polite, responsive and efficient. It has been very easy to get a hold of the clinic to book appointments and be seen in a timely manner. Dr. Drew is very personable and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the treatments needed to achieve the best results. 5 star rating without hesitation.

Staff is incredible, they’re always very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Drew who is a great professional. He treated my problem in the best way possible, he listened to all I had to say and provided the best attention keeping in touch with the follow-up appointments which had a great impact in my recovery process. I 100% recommend this clinic.
