Buyer BEWARE of this company! We signed a contract and put 50% down for a deck at this time last year and waited the entire summer for them to call us. After we contacted them a couple times we were informed that they could no longer honor the price in the contract. They told us that prices had gone up, which we inquired about when we signed the contract. We were told they would buy the necessary supplies for our job right away to avoid any changes in prices and availability. They LIED! We have a honest contractor now building with better materials at a better price! This company’s contract only protects them not the consumer.

We had First Response install new windows in our house. They also replaced one of the windows with an 8 foot doorwall in the living room. They did an excellent job and kept everything very clean inside and out. I would 100% recommend First Response.

I did some research and ended up receiving a few quotes from different roofing companies. Workmanship warranty, cost and reviews all factored in on my decision. FR checked all the boxes and I am glad I chose this company. Justin, Steve, Chris and his crew made the process of replacing my roof a pleasant experience. They are all respectful, honest, knowledgeable, hard working professionals. I was updated daily with the progress, immediately made aware of any issues and provided options, they left my homesite clean and there were no hidden fees. Most importantly the craftsmanship is displayed in my new roof. It looks amazing. I would definitely recommend FR to anyone.

I absolutely love my new metal mansard roof installed by First Response.Firstly, Greg helped me decide what roofing materials would be best for this application. Any questions I had, Greg answered them quickly.The install team, Matt, Justice, Jeremy and Billy worked so very hard, some days arriving before the sun rise and working til sunset to finish this complex roof as soon as possible.The install team was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable, making me aware of any issues and giving me options and also answering questions that I had. The quality, workmanship and craftsmanship certainly shows, the roof looks absolutely amazing! Thank you Dave and your whole team at First Response.

Our roof was in major need of repair. This company gave a quote and was able to come out the same day and complete the repairs we needed for a reasonable price. All members of the staff both on property and in the office have been polite and respectful. They left no trash, nails, or debris at the home. Definitely recommend.

Paid over 12 grand for a metal roof last year(1400sfmax)which is leaking somewhere and dripping between the wall and after reaching out to them for over 3 months and calling multiple times I was pretty much ghosted and forgotten. They literally worked on the house across the street for a month and never came over to address the leak and the secretary Roxanne was not helpful and wouldn’t give me the owners full name.unprofessional ,rude and now my house may have water damage buyer be-aware!!!!!!!!!!!Update now the owner is telling me I’m lying. I was never told about any leak, never heard about them taking pictures only after posting the reviews and now I’m visible .Waited 3 weeks after the initial call around new years and then a roofer came to check the leak and he told me he couldn’t get to the top of the roof and he needed a bigger ladder and said they wld be bac to check and wld let them know at the office and I never heard anything.This is crazy, they say they called me multiple times yet no messages or missed calls.Okay at least pretend to like your customers.First response or no response u messed up so own up to it.I really trusted u guys and btw the walls are not disintegrating how rude again the leak has nothing to do with the siding but u wld know that if u guys really assessed where the leak was coming from & thx for shaming my house.

We had First Response Roofing build a roof over our patio area and it is better than we ever imagined! The entire crew was very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions we had! Will recommend this company for any building job!!

Very professional and respectful company and team of employees. After I requested a bid, the person called on arrival as I requested to conduct measurements of the roof being replaced. Received email regarding both bids that were requested within a day or two. Once I accepted the bid, the sales representative came to the location I was at to finalize necessary paperwork. Ensuring I fully understood the details of the job, that would be performed. Informing me of the required down payment. He explained once the down payment was received the job would be put on the schedule and should be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. I believe I was contacted within 3 weeks of the down payment being made, asking if they could complete the job that day. They had the roof completely replaced before I was even out of work that day. The only two ways I could tell they were there, the new roof and their dumpster trailer. Which their trailer was removed within 24 hours of the job being completed. They insured the entire area was safely inspected, to ensure everything had been cleaned up and put in their dumpster for my dog's safety.I would definitely recommend them. This single mom was proud of this completed project and will be calling them again when I'm ready for my next home project.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out fast and resolved my roof issue at a fair price. They were courteous too, which speaks volumes when dealing with a contractor. Thank you very much Steve and Dylan.

Excellent siding work done by Greg, Eric, Lisa and Jeremy! Answered all of our questions, were very professional, courteous, and got the job done efficiently and beautifully! Will be having them out again to reside our home in the near future. Highly recommend!
