Place was clean and inviting but the guy had bad attitude when asked him to change the bread and was cheap when putting toppings

Recommended: it's pretty good for Subway. They remodeled a while back and it really brought life to the place. The staff are friendly and polite. They are quick to make your sandwich. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and half-way into the order I asked about whether he heard my order. He said yes, but he wanted to finish the first two sandwiches so that he could change gloves. I appreciated the attention to allergy needs.

Not to impressed with customer service at this location. When I went to pay I tapped my card and had to tap it again. Not realizing the first tap was for a tip (which in turned tipped 15%)I asked them to refund this and they would not said it was “all online” and there was nothing they could do… that is clearly not true. Could have refunded me the difference in cash or refunded my purchase and I would have re-paid…Did not make things right in my opinion. Lacking customer service at this location

Very slow service. Asked for a little sauce and was given excessive. Soggy sandwich by the time I got home. Would definitely not return.

Worst ever place, unprofessional staff, didn't make my sub as per my instructions. Inappropriate way of adding veggies. Patties use were super cold, ask him to heat it but he didn't and said this is how we do it. Not wasting my money anymore in this location.

Horrible service. Mostly from M S and lady in photo. Will never go back. Workers not accommodating and lackadaisical. Don’t waste your time. Made me reconsider ordering

We went here on Saturday,we had 2 soup in our order as well. The new guy name jagnaish(May be spelled wrong)got me both the soup from inside and heated up in the microwave. I asked him that is this how they serve soup at this location? He said yes !I thought May be it’s my first time here and it’s how they do it . We came home ,which is just 3 mins drive to home and found both the soup absolutely cold and over filled and dripping everywhere.I understand,he’s new. But there were even workers and contractors coming to buy lunch and they might be away from home and might not be able to heat up the soup as I did.Also very cheap on toppings .
