I came back here for my third pair of Hoka shoes. Theresa helped me today and even though she was very busy with many customers she never rushed her time with anyone and still made sure everything fit properly. Very helpful!

Excellent service. Was helped by Jonah who provided great support. Have had previous bad experience at Walking on a Cloud where the person who was helping me left and helped not 1 but 3 other ppl while I waited for them to come back. Jonah stayed with me the entire time. He provided a friendly greeting to everyone who came in the store. 100% would recommend!

I went in looking for Nike brand running shoes. Theresa was very helpful in assisting me. I have never thought I would try on brooks products. Was never a fan. But her knowledge about the quality of the shoe I was looking at put my mind at ease. I solely was looking for “flashy” rather than quality. Thank you Theresa I’ve been able to shave a few extra extra seconds off my personal best. And my arch’s don’t hurt.

Just got back from a run in my new Kinvaro12. I purchased them yesterday and as always, the girls there are so knowledgeable and helpful. I drive from Woodstock just for their help and am so glad I did. Best and most comfortable run I have had in a long time !

I went in after going to Sportcheck, knowing fully that I needed professional help if I wanted to start running without injuring myself. Jonah was most helpful and took the time I needed to help me select my shoes. Customer service like the one I received yesterday is rare and I am most thankful for it!

I came here to find a new sports bra and was greeted and was asked what I could be helped with. Nancy was very helpful and knowledgeable on the bras and I was grateful for her help! Thank you Nancy, you are kind and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. :)

Went here with 2 prepaid gift cards to buy some really overpriced gear, there was 1 employee and the poor girl was helpless when one of our cards didnt swipe properly. Even when she called other stores and her manager no-one gave her the support she needed.... Shamefully poor experience. Go to runners choice in waterloo, locally owned and passionate about running.

When I visited the Running Room yesterday, Sherri and Barry (honestly!) were very helpful. They showed me many shoes that were appropriate for my wide feet. It was great to have their assistance. I ordered through them, online, and the shoes were delivered today. If I got service like this everywhere I went, I'd always have a smile on my face.

First time to the Running Room. I can't express how great my experience was. Such friendly staff & they pulled out several pairs of shoes to try on. I explained exactly what I was looking for & my needs for the perfect fit. Well, they went well beyond my expectations and listened to my plea. I felt appreciated & not that I was bothering anyone by simple entering the building. They were very patient with me & I was able to finally find my perfect shoes to walk the dog in! Thank you so much!!! Found my forever shoe store!!! LOL
