Had to get my car repaired and couldn't have taken it to a better place. I have never done a rating before but I wanted to say how pleased I was with how I was treated by Chris and Dave. It is a pleasure to drive my car again. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!! :)

Customer service and their work was outstanding! Went in to get my tires switched and when an issue came to their attention the staff was able to effectively communicate and work out the best outcome for me. I cannot express my appreciation enough, if I could give 6 stars I would!

New location, no sign yet but they are right beside the variety store at Hester & upper Wellington. Saw Chris the manager/owner very friendly, service was great. Got an oil change, and they checked out an issue I had as well.

Chris and his team were excellent helping me out on an early Saturday morning. And then again, assisting my grand daughter when she needed a quick fix. A professional group building a caring, competent business. I wish them the best of luck growing their customer base and reputation. We’ll be back!

My first visit to this business and I was very impressed with the kindness and professional approach to each customer that I watched come in and ask for help. They took my car in on short notice and also assisted an elderly gentleman with a tire problem before his plans to leave the city on a trip, again no appointment, just a walk in looking for help that they made time for. Each customer was thankful and appreciated the effort this team provided. I will be back to have my vehicle serviced again.Jim Weatherbee

Chris Fedus , the Service Advisor and location manager presented my required service fairly and honestly . The service and costs met all my expectations . This location has been conducting automotive repairs in Hamilton for the past 45 years .I wish Chris well under the new Midas banner and recommend Midas for automotive service from this location for many more years to come.
