Booked emergency next day Saturday visit for injury, filled all their intake forms got to location in time they refused to perform the service. Filled all coivid 19 forms correctly and still got refused. Drove very far for this appointment the least they could have done was called me or in any way informed me they wish to withdraw. I know I would have been charged a cancelation fee if I didn't go where's my cancelation fee?

Had an excellent experience. Reception was very friendly and accommodating on the phone, was able to get a last minute cancellation spot. Upon arrival the spa is very cute with cool vibes. Jessica was my RMT and worked exactly on my problem area. Not your typical spa music in the room and I loved that! Only tiny negative is the rooms aren’t soundproof and can easily hear people in the hallway or neighbouring rooms. Can’t wait to come back

If you like wearing a mask during your massage and being asked if you're vaccinated, then this is the spot! The massage itself was mediocre and it was not relaxing trying to carry on a conversation the entire time. The owner will probably respond with we take the health of our patients very serious ect..." But this is just an FYI for anyone not comfortable being subjected to these out of date practices. I'm sure there's other spas out there."

Highly recommend Jessica the RMT!! She makes you feel comfortable, and she is extremely knowledgeable about massage and your body. Her massage skills are amazing…the best massages I have ever had! The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the other staff members are very polite and friendly. I will definitely be back for regular visits!
